Legiano Privacy Policy

Legiano is operated by Liernin Enterprises Ltd, registered in the Marshall Islands and part of the Rabidi N.V. group. This page describes the personal data we collect from players, the purposes for which we use it, and the rights available to you. Legiano holds a Curaçao licence (OGL/2023/158/0074) issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission; our data-handling practices reflect our own stated commitments and the requirements of the Curaçao regulatory framework rather than UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018.

What information we collect

We collect personal data across several categories during registration, verification, and ongoing use of the site. Account registration data includes your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. For identity verification we collect copies of government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and where required, documentation relating to your payment method. We also collect gameplay data covering deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, session times, and game selections. Device and network data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers, is recorded automatically when you access the site. Cookies and similar technologies are used for site functionality and analytics.

How we use your information

We use the data we collect to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide access to casino and sportsbook products. We carry out identity verification, age verification, anti-money laundering checks, and transaction monitoring as required under our licence conditions. Personal data is also used to detect and prevent fraud, to respond to customer support queries, and, where you have opted in, to send marketing communications about promotions and offers.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with licensed payment processors who handle deposits and withdrawals on our behalf, and with identity verification providers who carry out KYC and AML checks. Data may be disclosed to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board in connection with our licence obligations, and to affiliated companies within the Rabidi N.V. group where operationally necessary. We also disclose data to law enforcement or other authorities when required to do so by applicable law.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure, in line with anti-money laundering obligations applicable under our Curaçao licence. Certain categories of data, including KYC documentation and financial transaction records, may be held for up to seven years where required by the relevant regulatory or legal framework. Data that is no longer required for any regulatory, legal, or operational purpose is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. You can request erasure of your data, subject to any retention obligations that prevent us from deleting it immediately. You have the right to restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you have a concern about how we handle your data, you may raise it through our complaints process.
